ANNUAL WEEK OF PRAYER FOR CHRISTIAN UNITY
The diocesan Office of Ecumenical and Interreligious Affairs invites all parishes to participate in the annual Week of Prayer for Christian Unity from January 18 to 25. Parishes can find resources from the World Council of Churches (www.oikoumene.org) and the Graymoor Ecumenical and Interreligious Institute (geii.org). For more information, please contact Monsignor Robert Siffrin at rsiffrin@youngstowndiocese.org.
CATHOLIC ECHO COLLECTION
The Catholic Echo shines a light on local Catholic life through stories in the print magazine, website and diocesan social media. This evangelical effort reaches 50,000 households, inviting all into closer relationships with Jesus Christ and our local Church. To support your parish’s contribution to this ministry, please give to The Catholic Echo second collection at your parish on January 10 & 11. To give directly to The Catholic Echo, visit www.catholicecho.org and click Support > Donate.

WARM HEARTS FOR WARM HOMES
Many people come to Catholic Charities for assistance to keep their homes warm during the long, cold winter months. Catholic Charities’ Warm Hearts for Warm Homes campaign runs through January, providing utility assistance to those who need it. Please visit www.ccdoy.org to learn more or to make a gift online. You can also give during the second collection at your parish the weekend of January 11 & 12, or mail a check to: Catholic Charities, 144 West Wood St., Youngstown, Ohio 44503.
CATHOLIC SCHOOLS WEEK
The theme for National Catholic Schools Week 2025, which will be held January 25 to 31, is “Catholic Schools: United in Faith and Community.” Our schools will celebrate with special Masses, open houses and other activities for students and the community. Visit www.doy.org/catholic-schools/ for more information.
