Sister Kathleen Myers (Sister Ann Peter) entered the Humility of Mary Community from the Basilica of St. John the Baptist in Canton and served in the ministry of education for 41 years.

Sister Carolyn Capuano entered the Humility of Mary Community in 1964 from St. John the Baptist Parish in Canton.

Sister Jeanne’s first thirty years in ministry were in education, before she moved into service at the House of Loreto in Canton.

Sister Karen Bernhardt, formerly Sister Paul Marie, entered the Humility of Mary Community from St. Joseph Parish in Canton.

An Austintown native, Sister Mary graduated from Ursuline High and became an Ursuline Sister of Youngstown in 1975.

Having been previously married Sister Gay is a “sister mom.” She entered the Humility of Mary Community from the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist in Charleston, South Carolina in 1999 when her son and daughter were adults.

In 2000, he was ordained a deacon for the Youngstown Diocese by Bishop Tobin and since then has served the community of Holy Spirit Church in Uniontown.
