A new St. Vincent de Paul thrift store opens in Boardman

Tuesday, June 4 was a humid and balmy day in the Mahoning Valley, but that did not stop local residents, community leaders, clergy and parishioners from gathering outdoors to celebrate the grand opening of the new St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store, located at 7392 Market Street in Boardman.
