St. Paul organized a collection among the Gentile churches to care for their brothers and sisters in need.

“The World Mission Sunday collection will fund what these missionary lands need most: training seminarians, building churches, supporting religious sisters and brothers, and educating children in Catholic schools.”

World Mission Sunday helped build a study center to translate Christian classics into Mongolian. The Church in Mongolia expanded a formation center to train catechists and Church workers to bring the faith more effectively throughout their vast country.
