In the Diocese of Youngstown, Sister Mary Virginia Turner (Sister Mary John Michael) served as a teacher at St. Mary Middle School in Warren. Sister Mary Virginia also served as teacher and principal in Washington, D.C. She ministered in Rome, Italy, as secretary at the Propagation of the Faith and assisted at the Sisters of Notre Dame Generalate. Sister’s years at Notre Dame Cathedral Latin School in Chardon found her in the Athletic Department, serving as administrative assistant and secretary. She currently tutors at Notre Dame Elementary School in Chardon.
