Villa Maria Education and Spirituality Center (VMESC) will offer an The Art of Awakening with Dena DeLuco & Lee Ann Heltzel. Through guided meditation, intuitive painting, and reflective journaling, you’ll learn to quiet the analytical mind and enter the field of expanded awareness-where inspiration, peace, and clarity naturally arise.
