Villa Maria Education and Spirituality Center (VMESC) will offer CoreTraining with Dan Rotnem. This opportunity will take place in person and via Zoom. CoreTraining suits people seeking to integrate spiritual growth with emotional intelligence and practical life skills. In this month’s session: Free Presence is a transformative mindfulness exercise that teaches you to navigate your emotions, thoughts, and preferences without letting them control your actions.
