Sponsored by Catholic Charities USA, and Diocesan Offices of Catholic Charities, Catholic Schools, Clergy Services, and Faith Formation and Lay Ecclesial Ministry, this opportunity will assist Pastors, Deacons, and Lay Ecclesial Ministers to demonstrate awareness of and sensitivity to trauma’s impact on parish members and their loved ones. The featured presenter is Dr. Mike Carotta a long serving religious educator, consultant, and author who developed the small group resource “Whole Hearted.” The “Whole Hearted” free resource provides basic and helpful trauma awareness and helps participants move forward mentally and spiritually. Join with other leaders to explore how we can be a better listening community of faith.
