Villa Maria Education and Spirituality Center Yoga & Meditation Retreat
Villa Maria Education and Spirituality Center (VMESC) will offer Yoga and Meditation with Anne Kertz Kernion. During this retreat weekend, we will explore how Yoga and Meditation help our brains, bodies and minds, and spend time experiencing different forms of both.
