DESCRIPTION:The First Friday Club of Greater Youngstown is an organization of Catholics, which sponsors a monthly luncheon speaker series, providing an exploration of Catholic teaching and religious thought on the spiritual, theological, moral and social issues of our time. We offer an opportunity for the Catholic community and others to integrate the principles of religious faith into our everyday lives and work.\nWe continue the First Friday Club of Greater Youngstown 2022-23 Speaker Series season with a luncheon on the first Thursday in May! Join us as we welcome Tony\nAgnesi on May 4, 2023.\nTony Agnesi is a 57-year veteran of the broadcast industry and a member of the Radio and Television Hall of Fame. He is the Senior Vice President of the Rubber City Radio Group in Akron, Ohio. A nationally recognized inspirational speaker, Tony Agnesi is the author of three Amazon Inspirational best sellers. His blog, Finding God’s Grace in Everyday Life, was named one of the top 100 Catholic blogs worldwide. Mr. Agnesi is a member of the Catholic Writers Guild and is a frequent contributor to Christian publications.\nTony Agnesi will present “Be Someone’s Angel,” at Avion on the Water Banquet Center, 2177 W. Western Reserve Road in Canfield.\nThere will be an opportunity for participants’ questions to follow. Luncheon will be served at 11:30 AM, with the presentation beginning at noon.
